My experience includes working for a relocation company in DC for 10 years. I assisted with the marketing, sale, and closing of a relocating employee’s home so they could quickly move to their new city for the desired start date. To say I’m accustomed to working with clients through stressful situations while managing a lot of moving parts is an understatement. In addition to helping buyers and sellers with resale properties, I’m also knowledgeable about the ins and outs of new construction. I represented a local custom home builder for several years. Past clients have described me as dedicated, responsive, and very effective. A couple other things you should know about me is I grew up in Frederick and have lived here for almost 45 years. Yikes!
